About Us

Born on the Coast,
Raising the Bar

Crystal Coast Short Term Rental wasn't founded in a boardroom — it was born from a love of this coastline. Swansboro and the surrounding Crystal Coast communities are more than a business location to us; they're home.

We personally select every property in our portfolio, ensuring it meets the same standards we'd expect for our own families. From the thread count on the linens to the view from the back deck, every detail matters.

The Experience

More Than a Place to Stay

We believe a vacation rental should feel like a thoughtfully prepared home — not a sterile hotel room. Here's what sets our Crystal Coast properties apart.

Fully Equipped Kitchens

Cook a coastal meal with a kitchen stocked with quality cookware, fresh linens, and everything you need to feel at home — not like you're traveling.

Waterfront & Dock Access

Many of our homes offer private docks, bay views, or are just a short walk to the water. Launch a kayak, cast a line, or simply watch the sunset from your porch.

Family & Group Friendly

Whether it's a romantic getaway for two or a multi-generational reunion, we have homes sized and designed for groups of every shape and size.

Seamless Digital Check-In

No key exchanges or awkward meet-and-greets. Our smart lock system lets you arrive on your schedule with a unique access code.

Local Tips & Concierge

We know the best seafood restaurants, hidden beach spots, and fishing charters. Receive a personalized guide before you arrive — and reach us anytime during your stay.

Professional Photography

What you see is what you get. Every property is photographed professionally so there are zero surprises — just an accurate, inviting preview of your stay.
